Aquatic Therapy is effective for pain relief, and for improving joint flexibility in a relaxing environment. The water’s buoyancy provides overall support, decreases stress on joints, reduces joint and soft tissue inflammation as well as feedback for postural corrections.
The natural pressure of the water provides resistance to strengthen muscles and facilitates recovery. It’s an ideal therapy for many musculoskeletal and neurological conditions in adults and children.
Tender Care has the largest aquatic therapy rehabilitation center on the westside of El Paso, where we focus on water resistance training and cardio exercise with the use of our aquatic equipment, all while being guided by our experienced team who are there every step of the way.
